SmartCat, is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Operations Analyst with strong expertise in HubSpot to join our growth team. This role is critical to optimizing our sales processes, driving operational efficiency, and providing strategic insights through data. You’ll act as the bridge between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of our go-to-market strategy.
Key responsibilities:
CRM Administration & Optimization:
- Manage, maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness across all sales-related objects (contacts, deals, companies, etc)
- Create and manage workflows, sequences, pipelines, and automation to improve sales efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Build dashboards and generate reports on KPIs including pipeline health, lead conversion, rep performance, and sales cycle metrics.
- Analyze sales trends and funnel performance to uncover bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Sales Process & Enablement:
- Support the implementation of scalable sales processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead scoring, routing, and handover processes are optimized.
Forecasting & Planning:
- Support sales forecasting and quota planning efforts with accurate and timely idea.
- Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to align reporting and metrics across teams.
About you:
- 2+ years in sales operations or similar role
- Experience managing, maintaining, and optimizing a CRM, HubSpot preferably
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Experience building dashboards and generating reports on KPIs.
- Ability to analyze sales trends and funnel performance.
- Ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness.
- Experience creating and managing workflows, sequences, pipelines, and automation within a CRM.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and finance teams.
- Experience supporting sales forecasting and quota planning.
